Horsemanship That Makes a Difference
Through a variety of programs, we help children and adults learn to ride and acquire true horsemanship while working with and caring for horses (including rescue horses that require extra care). Our students also learn the rewards of hard labor, how to care for livestock and manage various farming tasks, and how to grow healthy foods from the garden .Truly, our students become working members of our 32 acre farm here in Granbury. Our ultimate goal is for our students to build self-confidence in our ability through Christ as exhibited in working with horses and other animals. There's simply nothing else like it!
Lessons are offered for all ages, from beginner to well-experienced and advanced, in both Western and English disciplines. In addition to learning to ride, students are introduced to how to animals care, tack management, equine anatomy and safe handling techniques.
We offer flexible scheduling and work with you to accommodate your needs. Home school students can sign up for 3-4 hour sessions (8:00/30-12:00) Mondays or Fridays. We also offer lessons after school and during the day on Saturdays.
Throughout the summer and during holiday breaks and teacher work days, we offer all day camp, 8:00a-4p. The days include riding lessons, equine management, gardening, working with lambs and puppies, swimming (weather permitting) and other farm related fun!
We offer personalized training for your own horse. Please contact us to discuss further.
